Victor E. Bell Jr. Scholarship Program
Awarded to seventh grade students and renewable through four years of college, the Victor E. Bell Jr. Scholarship Program enables and empowers students to reach their higher education goals through financial and academic assistance.
Eligible students could receive up to $20,000 for college expenses!
