Military Family Resources

A Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) is a licensed, professional providing confidential, non-medical, short-term, solution-focused counseling to military members and their families to help with challenges like stress management, relationship issues, and adjusting to military life. Services are free and private, with the goal of augmenting other services by removing the stigma of seeking support for common life stressors. Children under 18 must have written parental consent to receive CYB-MFLC support.
